Crisis of Belief
Respond to God's Salvation

Behold I set before you today a blessing and a curse: the blessing, if you obey the commandments of the Lord your God which I command you today; and the curse, if you do not obey the commandments of the Lord your God. Deut. 11:26-28

If you have faith in God, you will obey Him. If you lack faith, you will not do what He wants. Each time you hear what God wants, you face the crisis: obey or disobey; receive the blessing or curse. Israel eventually chose the curse. What are you choosing from God?

God of all blessings, I choose the blessing. I choose to obey You. Obedience requires Your strength and will. I choose to obey, not in my power, but in Your power. Be my strength today. Amen.
