I was struggling so much with some things, and when I went to bed, I grabbed my Bible, and opened it and began to pray.  I looked down into my lap at the scripture that was before me, which was Isaiah 10.  HE HEARS AND HE ANSWERS!!!   HE SPEAKS to me in HIS WORD, EVERYTIME I AM BEING STUBBORN!  :)

Isaiah 10:1 Woe to those who make unjust laws, to those who issue oppressive decrees, 2 to deprive the poor of their rights and withhold justice from the oppressed of my people, making widows their prey and robbing the fatherless. 3 What will you do on the day of reckoning, when disaster comes from afar? To whom will you run for help?

The study portion in my Bible says:  God will judge unjust judges and those who make unfair laws. Those who oppress others will be oppressed themselves. It is not enough to live in a land founded on justice; each individual must deal justly with the poor and the powerless.  DON'T PASS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY OFF ONTO YOUR NATION OR EVEN YOUR CHURCH.  YOU ARE ACCOUNTABLE TO GOD FOR WHAT YOU DO.   WHOA, GOD!!   Couldn't be clearer, that for Scott and I, God is not finished with us until HE says we are finished.   There is much work to do.  Brings us to our knees right where we belong.
